A few things to know before your visit.
Preparing for your appointment +
Arrive with clean skin whenever possible. Before facial and peel appointments, disclose medications, skincare products, allergies, recent treatments and relevant skin concerns. For waxing, follow the product guidance given during your consultation; ask your prescriber before changing prescribed skincare.
Client disclosure & safety +
Please disclose allergies or sensitivities; current topical and oral medications; prescription skincare; recent peels, waxing, dermaplaning, laser treatments or injectables; recent sun exposure, tanning, sunburn or irritation; active skin conditions, infections, cold sores or compromised skin; pregnancy; and any other relevant health information.
Keep Meredith informed of changes between appointments. Services may be modified, postponed or declined when necessary to protect your skin and health.
Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows +
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service. Appointments missed without notice may also be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
Late arrivals & deposits +
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled. A deposit may be required for select services or appointments. Deposits apply toward your service total and may be non-refundable when appointments are cancelled outside the cancellation policy.
Service adjustments +
If you have a concern with your service, contact The Meredith Method within 48 hours to discuss an appropriate adjustment. Policies may vary for certain services.
